Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Sauté the mixture in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Pour the spinach mixture on top of the marinara sauce and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
