Description

A comforting Italian dish packed with spinach and creamy cheeses, perfect for cozy family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Sauté the mixture in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the spinach mixture on top of the marinara sauce and spread it evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
