Description

Deliciously cheesy and savory, these Hot Italian Sub Sliders are a perfect crowd-pleaser for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 1/2 pound sliced salami
  • 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound sliced ham
  • 1/2 pound provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of Italian bread in half lengthwise and place the bottom half on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese evenly over the bottom half of the bread.
  4. Sprinkle banana peppers and olives over the meats and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over everything and brush the top half of the bread with melted butter, adding garlic powder to taste.
  6. Cover the assembled sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For best results, reheat in the oven.
