- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup diced fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, and mix in vanilla extract and honey.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Gently fold in the softened cream cheese and diced fresh peaches.
- Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool before serving.
