- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup sourdough bread crumbs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the marinated chicken tenders in the flour mixture, dip them back into the buttermilk, then coat with sourdough bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
