Ingredients

  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Drain any excess fat from the cooked beef.
  4. Combine the cooked beef with the green beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and onion in a large bowl.
  5. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and stir until well mixed.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish ensuring an even spread.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is golden.
