Description

These high protein egg white bites are a nutritious, easy-to-make breakfast or snack option, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the egg whites, cottage cheese, and diced vegetables in a mixing bowl. Add shredded cheese if desired, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until set and golden on top.
  6. Cool the bites for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
  7. Serve warm or refrigerate for a ready-to-eat snack.
