- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Layer the shredded chicken on top of the seasoned cottage cheese.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and heated through.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
