Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the cold, cubed butter to the flour mixture and cut it in until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the cottage cheese, milk, and fresh herbs until just combined.
- Knead the dough gently on a floured surface a few times to bring it together.
- Roll out the dough to about 1 inch thick.
- Cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter or glass.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and serve warm.
Notes
