- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 oz Boursin cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme, rosemary)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Boursin cheese on one side of each chicken breast.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the cheesy side of each breast.
- Place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add finely chopped nuts to the breadcrumb mixture. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
