Description

A comforting and elegant dish featuring chicken breasts filled with creamy Boursin cheese and topped with a crispy herbed crust.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme, rosemary)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Boursin cheese on one side of each chicken breast.
  4. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the cheesy side of each breast.
  5. Place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add finely chopped nuts to the breadcrumb mixture. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
