- 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the Greek yogurt and buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Combine the whole wheat breadcrumbs and ranch seasoning in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken strip into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Roll each strip in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
Ensure chicken strips are uniform in size for even cooking. For extra spice, add more buffalo sauce to the yogurt mix.
