- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 200g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, then pierce each one several times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes, or until tender.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and slice a slit on top of each one.
- Crumble the feta cheese generously on top of the potatoes.
- Return the potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Choose firm, unbruised potatoes for the best texture. Feel free to experiment with different herbs or spices.
