- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, and nuts if using.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
