Description

A cozy breakfast bowl filled with crispy hash browns, fluffy eggs, savory meats, and colorful veggies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen hash browns according to package instructions in a large skillet until crispy.
  2. Sauté the diced onions and bell peppers in a separate pan until soft.
  3. Push the hash browns to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs on the other side, cooking them to your desired doneness.
  4. Add the cooked bacon or sausage, sautéed vegetables, and cheese to the hash browns and let the cheese melt.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or parsley.

Notes

For extra crispy hash browns, don’t overcrowd the skillet. You can customize the dish with various ingredients.
