Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.
  3. Incorporate the ground turkey into the skillet. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the sliced zucchini and chopped bell pepper.
  5. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook everything until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
