Description

A delightful Grilled Shrimp Bowl that’s packed with fresh flavors and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup corn (canned or grilled)
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until opaque.
  4. In another bowl, combine corn, diced avocado, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to make the corn salsa.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with minced garlic, salt, and pepper for the creamy garlic sauce.
  6. Assemble your bowl with grilled shrimp, topped with corn salsa and creamy garlic sauce.
