- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Water (as needed)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil into the dry mixture. Stir until a dough starts to form.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
- After resting, divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball out into flatbreads about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
These flatbreads can be served with hummus, tabbouleh, or tzatziki. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
