Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with the sour cream.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts gently.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto lined baking sheets and sprinkle with streusel topping.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
