Description

A comforting dish combining juicy sirloin steak bites and tender baby potatoes, infused with the pungent warmth of garlic.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the hot skillet.
  6. Sear for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  7. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  8. Combine the roasted potatoes with the steak bites in the skillet and toss to meld flavors.
  9. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat.
