- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the hot skillet.
- Sear for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Combine the roasted potatoes with the steak bites in the skillet and toss to meld flavors.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
