Description

A comforting and flavorful twist on the classic grilled cheese using garlic bread and melted cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 slices of garlic bread
  • 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • Butter (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of garlic bread.
  3. Place two slices of garlic bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  4. Add the cheese slices on top of the bread.
  5. Top with the remaining slices of garlic bread, buttered side up.
  6. Grill until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip the sandwich carefully and grill the other side until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from heat, cut in half, and serve warm.

Notes

Pair with tomato soup or a salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
