Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the sugar and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well blended.
  6. Roll the dough into balls and flatten them onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool completely on a wire rack.
