- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Wooden sticks or popsicle molds
Instructions
- Peel and slice the bananas into manageable chunks.
- Blend the banana chunks, yogurt, and honey until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small cups and insert a wooden stick.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, until solid.
- Run warm water over the outside of the molds to release the pops.
Notes
These pops can be customized with different flavors and add-ins. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
