Description

A simple and refreshing treat perfect for warm summer days, made with ripe bananas and creamy yogurt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Wooden sticks or popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into manageable chunks.
  2. Blend the banana chunks, yogurt, and honey until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small cups and insert a wooden stick.
  4. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, until solid.
  5. Run warm water over the outside of the molds to release the pops.

Notes

These pops can be customized with different flavors and add-ins. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
