Description

A quick and satisfying flourless pizza crust made with cottage cheese, perfect for any topping combination.


Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are light golden and the crust feels firm.
  6. Let the crust cool for 5-10 minutes before adding toppings.
  7. Add your favorite toppings.
  8. Return the topped pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  9. Let cool for another 10 minutes before slicing and enjoy!

Notes
