- 1.25 cups cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are light golden and the crust feels firm.
- Let the crust cool for 5-10 minutes before adding toppings.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Return the topped pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Let cool for another 10 minutes before slicing and enjoy!
Notes
Experiment with different spices or herbs for added flavor. For a crispier crust, bake longer until golden brown.
