Description

A heartwarming dish that combines savory broth, tender chicken, and fresh vegetables, giving you comfort and spice in every bowl.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Soft boiled eggs (optional) for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned, stirring frequently.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha, and bring everything to a simmer.
  4. Add the mushrooms and bok choy, cooking until the vegetables are tender but still vibrant.
  5. Now, add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  6. Serve hot, topped with chopped green onions and a soft-boiled egg if desired.

Notes

For a heartier broth, consider using bone broth instead of regular chicken broth. Adjust sriracha to suit your spice preference.
