Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, everything bagel seasoning, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add water until the dough comes together; it should be soft but not sticky.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat circle.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
- Cook each flatbread for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
