- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground pork to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the shredded carrots and coleslaw mix, stirring to combine and cooking until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce, stirring to incorporate all ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
