Description

Delightful cookie cups filled with chocolate chips, perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Red and pink sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
  4. In another bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Grease a muffin tin and scoop dough into each cup, filling about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  8. Let cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  9. Decorate with red and pink sprinkles once cooled.
