Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta (fusilli or rotini)
- 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup diced salami
- 1/2 cup diced provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and let cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta with green and black olives, cherry tomatoes, diced salami, provolone cheese, and red onion in a large bowl.
- Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine thoroughly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add a splash of olive oil or vinegar to freshen it up if needed.
