Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika until combined.
- Crack an egg into the mixture and stir until a cohesive dough forms.
- Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into shapes with a cookie cutter or knife.
- Arrange the cracker shapes on a lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before enjoying.
