- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked beef and follow packet instructions for best results.
- Combine the shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced black olives in a large bowl.
- Add the seasoned beef to the bowl and gently toss everything together.
- Crush the Doritos and sprinkle them over the salad just before serving.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream and salsa on the side.
