Ingredients

  • 1 bag Doritos nacho cheese chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked beef and follow packet instructions for best results.
  3. Combine the shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced black olives in a large bowl.
  4. Add the seasoned beef to the bowl and gently toss everything together.
  5. Crush the Doritos and sprinkle them over the salad just before serving.
  6. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and salsa on the side.
