Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French baguette
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the baguette into slices and arrange on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle the slices with olive oil and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Combine the diced tomatoes, basil, red onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
