- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin generously.
- Combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, and the all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk the milk, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together in another bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fill each muffin tin cup about 3/4 full with the mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly in the tin before removing to enjoy.
Notes
