Description

Delicious bite-sized cups filled with creamy cheese and tender broccoli, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin generously.
  2. Combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, and the all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk the milk, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together in another bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin tin cup about 3/4 full with the mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool slightly in the tin before removing to enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
