Description

A quick and delicious BBQ Chicken Flatbread recipe that captures the flavors of summer in just a few minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well-coated.
  3. Prepare the flatbread on a baking sheet, using parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  4. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese and scatter red onion over the cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
