- 1 flatbread or naan
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well-coated.
- Prepare the flatbread on a baking sheet, using parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
- Add mozzarella cheese and scatter red onion over the cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
