- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large wok or pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in the sliced bell peppers, julienned carrots, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for a few minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and chili sauce.
- Toss everything together and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until noodles are well-coated.
- Stir in the Thai basil leaves, cooking until just wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
