Ingredients

  • 8 oz flat rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large wok or pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the sliced bell peppers, julienned carrots, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for a few minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and chili sauce.
  6. Toss everything together and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until noodles are well-coated.
  7. Stir in the Thai basil leaves, cooking until just wilted.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
