Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Steamed broccoli for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  4. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Assemble your bowl by serving the beef over rice and topping with green onions and sesame seeds.
  6. Optional: Add steamed broccoli on the side.
