Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 package active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Activate the Yeast: In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs, and mix well until everything comes together.

- Roll It Out: Roll the dough onto a floured surface into a large rectangle. Spread the softened butter on top, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Shape the Rolls: Roll up the dough tightly, cut into rolls, place in a greased pan, cover, and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake to Perfection: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle the Icing: Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
