- 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

Instructions
- Press and drain the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the crispy tofu and toss to coat evenly.
- In serving dishes, layer the cooked rice, sliced avocados, and the crispy teriyaki tofu.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
