Description

A delightful blend of crispy tofu, creamy avocado, and fluffy rice, drizzled with teriyaki sauce for a vibrant, plant-based meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Press and drain the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the crispy tofu and toss to coat evenly.
  5. In serving dishes, layer the cooked rice, sliced avocados, and the crispy teriyaki tofu.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
