Description

A tender and buttery salmon fillet, baked to perfection with a crunchy Parmesan crust.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the top of each fillet generously with olive oil.
  5. Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet to create a crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
