- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top of each fillet generously with olive oil.
- Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet to create a crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
Feel free to add spices like cayenne for heat or experiment with different cheeses for variation.
