Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the corned beef, cabbage, cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture in the center.
