- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- Green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and chop into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Toss the tofu cubes in cornstarch until well-coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, add tofu cubes, and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the crispy tofu and stir gently to coat.
- Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chili flakes to the sauce or bake the tofu instead of frying for a healthier option.
