- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and trim the green beans, removing any woody ends.
- In a large bowl, mix the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the green beans on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy and tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving. You can customize with nuts or different cheeses.
