Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Brie cheese
  • Dried cranberries

  • Olive oil
  • Honey

  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on the flatbread and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Slice and layer the Brie cheese over the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle dried cranberries and toasted almonds on top.
