Description

Delicious and nutritious baked tacos filled with seasoned ground turkey and topped with creamy avocado sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and stir well.
  3. Arrange taco shells on a baking sheet and fill each with the cooked turkey mixture.
  4. Bake the tacos for about 10 minutes, until the shells are crispy.
  5. Prepare the avocado sauce by blending the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Remove tacos from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and drizzle with the avocado sauce.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
