- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and stir well.
- Arrange taco shells on a baking sheet and fill each with the cooked turkey mixture.
- Bake the tacos for about 10 minutes, until the shells are crispy.
- Prepare the avocado sauce by blending the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Remove tacos from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and drizzle with the avocado sauce.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. For best results, keep taco shells and filling separate until ready to serve.
