- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes into thick wedges.
- Toss the wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
