Description

Deliciously crispy potato wedges made in the air fryer, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into thick wedges.
  2. Toss the wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
