A guilt-free version of crispy, golden brown chicken breasts made in the air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Create a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the chicken in flour.
- Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs.
- Coat the chicken with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the breaded chicken in the basket.
- Spray the tops of the chicken with more cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a side salad or roasted veggies for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
