Description

Delightful crispy apple fries seasoned with cinnamon and sugar, made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium apples
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the apples into fry-shaped pieces and soak them in lemon juice.
  3. Mix the all-purpose flour and half of the sugar in one bowl. Beat the egg in another bowl until smooth. Combine the breadcrumbs with cinnamon in a third bowl.
  4. Dip each soaked apple fry into the flour mixture, then the egg, and finally coat it thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket generously with cooking spray and arrange the apple fries in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
