Description
Delightful crispy apple fries seasoned with cinnamon and sugar, made easily in an air fryer.

- 3 medium apples
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the apples into fry-shaped pieces and soak them in lemon juice.
- Mix the all-purpose flour and half of the sugar in one bowl. Beat the egg in another bowl until smooth. Combine the breadcrumbs with cinnamon in a third bowl.
- Dip each soaked apple fry into the flour mixture, then the egg, and finally coat it thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket generously with cooking spray and arrange the apple fries in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
