- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the sliced mushrooms until golden brown.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Toss in the cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
