  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Coat the chicken drumsticks generously with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  4. Add the chicken drumsticks to the skillet and brown them on all sides.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and reduce the heat to low, letting it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the creamy mixture over them.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
