Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat the chicken drumsticks generously with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the chicken drumsticks to the skillet and brown them on all sides.
- Pour in the heavy cream and reduce the heat to low, letting it simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the creamy mixture over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes. To lighten the dish, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
