- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the cauliflower and broccoli in olive oil until tender.
- Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Fold in the sautéed vegetables until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use rotisserie chicken. You can also experiment with different cheeses.
