- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)

- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add crumbled feta cheese and heavy cream to the pan, stirring until combined and creamy.
- Mix in the lemon zest and juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
