Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (such as spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add crumbled feta cheese and heavy cream to the pan, stirring until combined and creamy.
  4. Mix in the lemon zest and juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
