- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, adding the broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
- Whisk the milk into the roux gradually, stirring until the mixture thickens to a smooth consistency.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully melted and combined.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the cooked macaroni and broccoli, mixing well to coat every piece.
- Serve hot and enjoy with family and friends.
Notes
For a crunchy topping, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and bake until golden brown. You can also experiment with different cheeses or add extras like bacon or mushrooms.
